Classroom to Career Workshop
You’re invited to the Classroom to Career Workshop on September 9th!
Join education and industry leaders for an experience where partnerships form, ideas flow, businesses tap into future growth and students are connected from the classroom to cutting edge career pathways!
A few months ago, Harvard`s Graduate School of Education published a study documenting over 1,550 faith-school partnerships across nine states — the first research of its kind to map the full scope of what happens when faith communities and schools decide to work together.
The headline finding is something we know to be true in our work at School Connect...
✨ When community partners engage with schools strategically, students do better.✨
Some of the study confirmed things we`ve believed and built School Connect around. Some of it named challenges we`ve seen firsthand but struggled to articulate. And some of it pointed to opportunities that our whole field — schools, faith communities, nonprofits, and community partners alike — needs to take seriously.

Almost every school leader we know carries a version of the same quiet wish...
"I want my students to feel proud of this place. I want this campus to feel like it belongs to them."
Last month, we witnessed over 110 students, parents, and community volunteers make that wish real through Love Our Schools Day at Shea Middle School - PVSchools.
Allie Jones from JustServe, and fellow volunteer said it best:
“We did it - and it truly took a village! This day was a powerful reminder of what’s possible when a community shows up with generosity, energy, and heart. From our partners and donors to the 110+ volunteers who rolled up their sleeves, every contribution mattered. Together, we didn’t just improve a campus, we built connection, pride, and momentum. This is what building unity through community service looks like, and we’re so grateful to everyone who made it happen!”
That`s what it`s all about!

As a school leader preparing to close out the school year and head into summer, do you notice any campus projects that could use some love?
Maybe it`s walls that could use some paint, a garden that could use some weeding, a lounge that could use an upgrade, a lawn that could use some landscaping, or any number of things that might feel like a weight...
We`re here to help!
This is a great time to let us know if you`re interested in being part of the Love Our Schools Day season coming up this fall!
Whether you`re a school leader or a willing volunteer, filling out our form to share your interest helps our team make meaningful partnership connections to set those campus projects up for success.
*Thanks to our sponsors and partners, project grants are also available! Apply today! (Application link in bio!)
