Be a Champion
to Children

Volunteer, network, and join community projects at your local school.

 Why join our village?

Not every child has a champion. Help us connect a network of community leaders to every local school, so that every child has support to reach their potential!

Join Us For The STEM CAFE March 28th!

Join us on March 28th for a STEM CAFE, an exciting event where STEM industry leaders meet with school leadership to plan and develop STEM projects and initiatives for Arizona students. As these school and industry leaders partner together, they are able to expose students to significant STEM related fields and help them develop the skill to enter these careers. Our mission is simple. We aim to create a direct STEM pipeline for AZ K-12 students for a future without limits!

Join Our Village

Doing this alone is impossible; it takes all of us working together to make a difference.

This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.

The Future Is Bright

We asked these kids about their hopes and dreams. Their vibrant answers remind us that the future is in good hands when we empower children to become the leaders they were born to be. Help us build a village of support around every school so that EVERY CHILD is connected to their full potential!

"Whether we are working with Tracey and her team to overcome the digital divide in the community, handing out laptops, textbooks, digital hot spots, school supplies, or simply giving a hot cup of coffee to a teacher on a Monday morning to make their week a little bit easier, we feel truly blessed to be able to help."

Bryan Kuster

"When you engage with School Connect, you engage with an entire community. It’s business partnerships, it’s families, it’s schools - it’s everybody coming together to make life better for our students."

Nedda Shafir

"To see their faces when we showed up to help distribute lunches and different things, is priceless! Find it in your heart – I know it’s already there. Let’s go and serve those schools, let’s go and partner, let’s go and make sure our kids are taken care of."

Jerome Parker

"I think there are a lot of people who want to help out in public schools, they just simply don’t know how. And so, School Connect has the framework and the model to be able to do that and bring people together."

Dr. Cort Monroe

"It’s a tremendous asset to Arizona and to Arizona school districts, and it’s a service that has been needed for a very long time…because all of these groups are working toward the same goals but working parallel instead of in collaboration. So, it’s a tremendous organization that is bringing us all together and accomplishing great things."

The Classroom to Career Workshop on September 9th at Grand Canyon University is for...

👉 Teachers and instructional leaders who want students to own more of their learning and understand why it matters beyond the test.

👉 Principals and district leaders who are thinking about workforce pathways and real‑world readiness.

👉 Business, nonprofit, and faith‑community partners who want to be part of the village around schools in a way that’s relational, practical, and sustainable.

This workshop is designed to help educators and partners build ecosystems where everyone has a role, and students can see their own potential more clearly.

AI will keep evolving. New tools will enter classrooms. But there's one thing an algorithm will never do...

No algorithm will spend a Saturday pulling weeds, painting walls, or writing a teacher a handwritten note that says, “We see you. You're not alone!”

Our kids’ sense of worth, belonging, and possibility is formed in those human moments—when people like you choose to show up in person.

🩷 Love Our Schools Day is one way we can do that together! 🩷

We’d love for you to consider how you or your organization might be part of this year’s village—by hosting a project, joining a volunteer day, or helping fund a grant.

How do you love a school?

Love Our Schools Day is one special way we can offer that encouragement and support. It’s a state‑wide, project‑based volunteer day where communities roll up their sleeves at local schools to make a tangible difference where it’s needed most — whether that’s planting a garden, painting a classroom, updating a lounge, or fixing up a playground.

And underneath the paint and landscaping, what we’re really saying to educators and students is....

✨ “We see you. We’re grateful. Let’s love this school, together." ✨

It doesn't matter if you've never done anything like this before. Whether you're an educator, represent a business, a faith community, a nonprofit, or just someone who loves your local school and wants to give back, there is a place for you!
